What is your Service Level Agreement?
NovaHost strives for the highest possible server uptime. Under our Service Level Agreement (SLA), we guarantee that your account's server will be accessible 99.9% of every month.
Monthly uptime, monitored by a third party, is finalized on the last day of every month. If uptime is less than 99.9% for that month, you may request a partial refund, as per the SLA. Simply open a ticket with the support department.
